Wedding

Wedding planning has been a great pain. It would just be easier if someone just chopped off my arms and just let the pain of it all be done quickly. There have been two tea/shower invitation problems. The first shower invitation was barely readable. The second tea invitation was sent out two days after the destructive tornado that went through Pleasant Grove, thus making it virtually impossible for the tea guests to even get into Pleasant Grove, considering they are only allowing residents into the area at this time. That tea had to be rescheduled, with completely new invitations sent out, STAT. Members of the bridal party that have been about as helpful as a bag of rocks. A florist that still hasn't been in touch with me.

I'm at that point where I would just like to go away and get married by ourselves. That would be so peaceful. The whole wedding ordeal is ridiculous at this point. I'm hoping that our future daughter doesn't have to go through nearly as much nonsense as we have with planning.

The good news, despite it all, is that this guy will be my husband in 60 days.

Though when I'm really thinking about all of the hassle that this wedding planning process has been, I'm really wishing we had just originally decided to go to Disney World for not only the honeymoon, but also for the actual wedding. Even though we would only be able to invite about 25 people, it would cost about the same amount of money as our wedding is going to be anyway, and everything (flowers, cake, makeup, hair, decorations, etc.) is included. Well dang.
